Hello,

Can anyone please help me regarding following.

Section 3: Payment Detail

1. Issue No
(Switch)

2. CVV No (on
rear of card)

What should be written in these columns as I am unable to find the CVV No on rear of card.

Also, what is payment mechanism through credit card. Do they charge via Internet? Should I have to inform the concerend bank in advance regarding this payment?

cvv code is found on back of your card. you cant find word CVVV on it.
locating the code is easy.. on rear of card.. there will be usually 7 digits

eg 1234 567
1234 = last four digits of ur card
567 = CVV code.

567 = CVV code.

CVV is the security code , which is just the last 3 digits at the back of the card near the signature slip (567 in the above example of 7 digit code), the issue number is generally present on the debit cards and might not be there on credit cards so need not worry about that.
