Thanks Lucy, i was told by tribunal , the deadline is march :( and i think i should have sent it to mumbai ...

question : Do they tell you the date when tribunal sends your application to embassy in back india to review ?
as i believe they have 10 days so there is some hope...

yeah we are sailing in the same boat...our deadlines are nearby...
i also regret that we shld have sen it to the india bhc rather than uk... anyways, its all a waiting game now...
no they dnt give u any info officially however, i read it on ukba website, under staff guidance for appeals, abt the timelines..

u can read it once but i dn think so they do follow their own timelines... all they knw is to harass public....

Hey Ejaz,

thnk u for ur update..i had been trying to find u for long since i saw ur post in few threads....gud luck to u... but i didnt understand, ur case was regarding accommodation...it was straight forward n as per ur post, u sent all the relevant docs in the bundle...how come they gave u hearing date...they shld have simply overturned the original decision and not wasted urs n their time...

but i hope they realize their mistake n grant u visa...god bless n allah is wid u...

thanks guys , i can feel ur pain, good luck..i think now instead of asking for documents, they just refuse it :( so we can appeal, dont mind that but just frustrating that it takes so long and we cant do anything, specially when its a proper genuine case

I have stated a new post to see if anyone can share experience of decision being overturned by eco, hope moderators wont mind :)

@diehard

honestly i have emailed couple of times to customer services AIT, UK. n they say that the case is being dealt with. Also, my husband has asked me not to show that u r desparate in knowing the results as they might doubt my intention...

as batley khan says, its all a patience game now... :(

Question about appeal

Post by diehard » Tue Nov 29, 2011 9:40 pm

Hi all
we all know that ECM sends a call in letter if he wants to overturn refusal and grant a visa

but does anyone know if the ECM writes to the appellant to notify if he is maintaining the decision?
