Tier 1 (General) dependents - Applying from India

Hi,
I am currently in UK on a tier 1 (General) visa. It recently got
extended until Nov 2013. But my family (wife and two under-18 kids) is
in India and I need to apply for a dependent visa for them. Can you
please send me the link for the application form. I can't find a link
on UKBA website (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... ependants/
) for this.

There is a below text and link on "Visa services" but that link does not work.

"How dependants can come to the UK
If your application to the points-based system is successful, your
dependants (children under 18 years of age, or your husband, wife,
civil partner, unmarried partner or same-sex partner) can apply for
permission to join you in the UK.
Our Visa services section explains how they can apply."

Also can you please explain me the rules for maintenance funds -
How much of maintenance funds is required for each dependent and for how long. I have started maintaining 4800 (1600*3) from 1st Nov 2011. But someone told me that you need to maintain only 1600 (533*3) for 3 dependents.

Please also let me know the fees for the Application for each
dependent (adult/child) to apply from India.

Partners and children of migrant workers

How much of maintenance funds is required for each dependent and for how long. I have started maintaining 4800 (1600*3) from 1st Nov 2011. But someone told me that you need to maintain only 1600 (533*3) for 3 dependents.

The former if you have been in the UK for less than 12 months; the latter if you have been in the UK for at least 12 months. So, obviously you need the latter (3 x 533). The money must be held for at least 3 months. It does not have to be this exact amount as long as it is at least this amount or more. (I say this because some people on this forum have, mistakenly, gone to the extent of opening a separate account with only this exact amount as they think that any other amount in excess of this will not be accepted).
