VISA FOR MY SISTER

Post by bill333 » Fri Dec 02, 2011 8:47 pm

Hi
i have a very different and difficult kind of situation. I send my son who was 7 months old back home to india and my sister looked after him since then and now he is 4 and half years old. when i went back to bring him to Uk he did not come with me as he was too attahced with my sister. so i applied for a visitor visa for my sister and mum so that they bring him over and settle him for few months and then go back. but my son did not like the change and we did not want to force anything uppon him so decided that he should go back and we will apply again after few months for my sister and mum's visa n bring him back.
now they r here my son settling in. but he does not live without my sister at all. if she goes out for a day he just cries cries and cries. he does not go to school without him and does not leave school unless it is her who is picking her up.
I just wanted to find out if there is any way out, any kind of visa we can apply for her to stay here for atleast 1 year. i can easily accomodate her and pay for her expenses. If you guys can suggest and help me in any way that would be great.
