Switching from PSW to Tier 2

Hello All,

I am working as a Banking Adviser and looking to switch from psw to Tier 2.

I meet the following requirements

1) Working with the same company for the last 6 months.

2) Salary >= 20k p.a

but my current job is not at a Graduate level can my company still issue a certificate of sponsorship.

Please, help me!!

if you can't find your job on a the list of shortage occupations, or on the list of graduate level jobs, then you won't qualify for tier 2.
