Tier 2 ICT - English Language Points

I have Tier 2 ICT visa & now am applying for visa extension. My university name appears in the degree list but not been recognized for awarding points in the PBS calculator. So for English Language points, I appeared for an English exam in "Pearson Test of English Academic" and scored C1 level.

Though Pearson academy will not provide paper certificates, I have forwarded the certificate to UK border agency through mail by logging into the Pearson website instructed by them. Also, I am attaching the copy of the report with the application form.

But while filling the Tier 2 application form now, I noticed a statement that says the results have to be sent to border agency with in five working days of the result announced date (honestly i did not know this). I got my result on 29-Nov-11, I sent the score to them on 14-Dec-11.

Can you please clarify me whether this will affect my visa extensions?

Did you manage to get your extention, hope that the issue you had with not inorming UK BA within five working days hamper your application.
In general how was PTE-A?
