Tier 1 Dependent Visa Tenancy Agreement

Post by scoelho » Tue Dec 20, 2011 11:53 am

Hi,

I am applying a dependent visa for my Wife in India. I only have a Utility bills on my name and don't have a tenancy agreement, is it sufficient to a utility bill?

I am planning to submit the following docs

1. Duly filled Application form
2. 3 months UK bank statements ( Maintenance Funds )
3. 3 months Payslips
4. Offer letter from my Employer
5. My Visa Status ( Passport Copy)
6. My Wife 3 months Bank Statements and 3 months Payslips ( As she is employed by IT Company )
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Marriage Photos.

But I only have an issue with Tenancy agreement, instead can I submit my Utility bill. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
SK
