Dear HSMP Gurus,
Am employed as an IT consultant in denmark for last 2 years and now applying for an HSMP. I was on an unpaid leave for 1 month (in last 12 months) and during this period i was in india (extended paternity sabatical).
So could i claim that i spent only 11 months in denmark in the last 12 months and pro-rate the salary accordingly.
What documents, if any, would i need to prove that i was outside denmark - would a certificate from employer (on leave without pay) suffice ?
