Needs Help - Regarding the Booking of Online Appointments

Hi All,
I am having PBS Tier1(General) VISA which is due to expire in Feb'2012.
I am trying to book appointment through online in UKBA site,Its showing as Appointments not available
and when i called them they told that Appointments are closed till 2ed Feb'2012.and post 2ed feb...
But when i asked about the Appointments after 2ed feb'2012 there is no proper information....
they are asking me to check all the time,and saying that they don't have idea that when it will be opened and wt time it will be opened....I am looking to get the appointment in 2ed/3ed/4th week of feb....
Can you please help me in this
