F1 Visa

Hi,

I am getting an employer who is sponsoring my F1 Visa and he will be paying for my tution fees for MS in Computer Science . I will be working with him on CPT(curriculum Practical Training) basis and will also get a salary.

My query is it difficult to get F1 conver to H1 B and may I know can I convert to H1B visa only after completing my studies or it can be done in between if I get an employer who is ready to sponsor my H1 B Visa.

The second query is after completing MS will my experience that I had prior to MS that is 4 years will be counted or I will be consider as a fresher.
