Indian / Tier 1 until 21/03/2012 / German Business Visa ??

As title says, I'm an indian with T1 G visa in the UK, valid until 23/3/12. I am aware that I need visa to commute to Germany for Work purpose from my company but not sure if there is any criteria around what is the min uk residence permit required?

Can someone please help soon as?
