Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier2 General

Hi,

I'm in UK from Feb 2009 under Tier 2 ICT and now I have applied for an Tier 2 ICT extension for which I have to go for biometric on Jan 24 2012 . In between i have received a offer from a new employer . In this regard i have few questions . I really appreciate if it is answered by the forum.

1. Can I apply or switch to Tier 2 General immediately after getting my Tier 2 ICT extension approval documents from UKBA ?

2. As my Bio Metric is on 24th Jan 2012 for Tier 2 ICT extension , will it be possible to withdraw my documents before Bio metric ?

3. If i withdraw my Tier 2 ICT extension application , will they refund the money what we paid for extension ?

Please answer my questions at the earliest.
