B1 Visa for Tier 1 Holder and Self Employed

Hi All,

I need help regarding US B1 Visa. Currently i am on Tier 1 UK Visa working as contractor for US based company in UK. My client has asked me to travel to US for a week on official purpose. I would like to know the process of applying US B1 Visa and list of documents required for the application along with sample formats.

Your help is really appreciated.

Hi,

Did you manage to apply for B1 visa from UK?

I am in same situation as you, Tier 1 holder- need to travel to US for business purposes.
