Visa Extension with less than 12 month of previous earnings

Dear,

I am indian and got the visa valid from 15/08/2010 till 14/08/2012. I was in UK from 28/10/2010 till 13/04/2011 looking for the job but I could not get it. I came back india, was working in one company from 01/09/2011 till 10/10/2011 and left to saudi arabia on 30/10/2011 and still working here.

By the july, 2012, I would be able to show the amount for the previous earning points with less than 12 months.

Totally I would be able to show (10 months out of 12 months) with the earnings to satisy the amount for 45 points stipulated for previous earnings.

I have plan of going back to UK for visa extension on July,2012 by using the same day service.

I would like to know that

Is it possible to do the visa extension with less than 12 month earnings for previous earnings criteria?

if so, when I have to be in UK back for visa extension since my visa is valid till 14/08/2012?

I would be so thankful for the valued answer and suggestion in this connection.

Based on technical difficulties, not the rules as such, it would be no problem if you are living in the UK at the time you want to extend (in addition to satisfying the points criteria). (Technical difficulties being somewhere to post stuff etc as they probably won't make a same-day decision).
