If you recieved a letter stating that you have retained your right of residence,

make sure you mention this on your cover letter, and send them that letter as evidence..

Thank you

Think you for your quick reply,I did put the proof of my 5 years residence in uk on two category
1)The cohabitation time with my ex (which the HO seen it when I apply for retain my right of residence
2)after termination of marriage till complete 5 years residence in uk
I include on this period as I mention in the letter:
2 different Bank statements
Tv licence
My phone mobil bill
Some retail invoices letter(Asda,next,river island)
Dvla letters
Virgin broad band contract

Do you think it's enough?or I need more!
And what about the cover letter is it ok?
