RU citizen, German work permit - travel to new EU countries

I am Russian citizen residing in Germany and my job requires frequent short-term business trips to new EU countries (Poland, Czech etc.).

Could anyone please tell me whether I need to apply for visas for these countries, or it is possible to enter them on the basis of EU residence permit alone?

Similarly, do I need a visa for Switzerland? Or UK?

Yes I think u do need visas, I hear residence permit will remove the requirement for visitor visa but not for business purps I guess.

I'm more of a Chaif and Splin man myself!
