Issues on Claiming benefit

I got ILR, wife got 2yr spouse visa and son got british nationality, but we are living with my wifes parents house which they are claiming housing and council tax benefit.

My question is,

by using this address can we claim child benefit, child tax credit and working tax cerdit?

If we claim any of them then is there any problem for my parents?

Anybody please clarify me, your help will be much appreciated.
