applying for naturalisation with expiring passport

hi

My Indian passport with ILR is expiring in the next few days and I am eligible to apply for naturalisation. Is it ok to apply? Has anybody applied successfully with an expired passport?

any feedback is much appreciated.

It's ok, as long as you have not got another passport to travel with.
