Tier 1 Application Section D Query Help please

Hi Guys

Question D1. Did you obtain entry clearance or visa before entering the UK

D2. Where

D3. Date

D4. Ref Number

Do we have to provide detail of the first entry visa to UK or the latest one.

I came here as student and then was on WP and then changed to Tier 1. Should I put detail of my first visa as student or the last one which is Tier 1 issued in Sheffield.
