Family Visitor Visa for Wife and Kid

HI,

I am Ram. I have Tier-1 VISA valid till 2013 jan. I appled dependent visa on July 2011 and got rejected. I applied for Appeal. it is going on. They did't get back till now. I am missing my family very much.

So, I am planning for Family Visitor VISA for My Kid and wife.

My Doubt is Is it problem if i apply again for dependent visa after FAmily visa stamped.

Please Clarify Anybody and your help keep my life live.

if you still have an appeal outstanding for a visa for your wife to join you in the UK I would imagine any visit visa would be refused as she has shown an intention to join you in the UK. Why not wait for appeal or share why she was refused and see if you meet this now and consider reapplying?

I am just asking..if i apply family visit visa for Depends with me or my cousin who is staying in uk., will it be problem later for dependent visa...

when will you get the result of your appeal and why were they refused.
Do not think it is worth applying as a visitor at this stage .

Today I got result of appeal it was unsuccessful reasons yet to know. I dont know what to do now whether fresh application or family visitor visa?
