Tracking my application of BC

Hi all,

I received afew days ago my receipt of my application from UKBA.

I have an enquiry about tracking my application as I have a ref number.

Is it possible to track my application and how?

You can call HO to get update but most of the time these updates are different from the intial ones. I applied in November and have been waiting since then. I think patience is the key here.
