Tier2 ICT dependent VISA

Hi All

Could any one please confirm what document checklist required for Child Dependent VISA.

I and my wife are having valid VISA and we need to apply VISA for my child from India

Also confirm if we need to show itinerary with the docs

I am confused as according to there should not be itinerary for Work Permit
