First of all I would like to thank everyone participating and maintaining this forum, its being a quite help to me and to other people I think.
I am software engineer currently on a PSW visa and working in a full-time job and being with my current employer a bit more than 6 months. The issue is that in spite of the fact that my employer is a UK-registered company but their HQ is not based in the UK, we don't have a physical premise in the UK and the whole work is either home-based or from a client's side. My employer is quite robust and have a series of main stream and widely known clients.
My PSW is due to expire early next year and my employer is happy to sponsor me and I explained to them roughly the process of getting a sponsor license and so on, but my worries are coming from the fact that the work is done from home and there is no physical presence for the company itself might stands in the way of getting the sponsor license, most of the HR systems that we are using are cloud-based or out-sourced.
I am being paid well above the required rate to qualify for Tier-2 but that issue and the complexity of getting a Tier-2 sponsorship is worrying me way too much

Appreciating any help or advise in this regard, I've started to even consider immigrating outside europe where I could find easier rules for getting a PR.
Cheers;
