Hi,

I been married to my partner for 3yrs Oct last year. I got a ILR visa in my passport and its still in my maiden name. He is filling divorce. I just wanted to find out where I stand with my ILR. And if I will be able to change my surname back to maiden name. Been in UK 5 yrs this Sept as well. Will I still be able to apply for dual nationality? =D

Your ILR should be fine.
