Tier 1 Extension

Dear Members, Thanks in advance for your suggestions and valuable help.

I am going for the tier 1 (general) extension on October 2012. I am running a limited company and drawing my salary(as director) from my business. I got two issues to be clarified; I trust you guys help me via this forum. The issues are,
1. I am drawing my salary from my business in irregular basis (different amounts & different dates). According to my pay slips, I supposed to get my net salary of £2300 per month and put into my personal bank, instead I transferred 3 amounts like £800 + £600 + £900 (= £2300) into my personal bank in different dates.
I pay the correct PAYE and NIC quarterly.

What sort of documents/evidence do I have to show to UKBA to prove my earnings?

2. Some of my clients have paid my consultation fees by cash into my business account (I got copy of invoice). Will this trigger any issues?
