i came with work permit visa in this country in aug 2004.but i dint work with the first employer because of some issues. then i changed my 2nd employer on march 2007 on work permit then 3rd one on nov 2007 on work permit .i applied for ILR on nov 2009 but they refused to take the case from the counter sayin they need proof of documents starting from my 1st employer.all i had was original work permit frm 1st employer buy they wanted othe related docs .eg payslip or p60 which i didnt have as i didnwork with the employerand i explained that to the staff at the checking counter.he said i was at breach of immigration for that time period betweeen aug 2004 to march 2007 so he advised me thai i should get extension and apply for my ilr in march 2012 having the fact that i have all the required documents from 2nd employer since march 2007.recently i also had my extension done from 3rd employer wich is valid till nov 2012 but as tier 2.now i have all valid documents from march 2007 till this date.so i want to apply for my ILR on this march 2012.will i ahve any problems again?i really hope thay ur firm could help me in this case.
