Tier 1 extention: Immigration History Query

Members,

I have been residing in the UK since Sept 2008 on a WP and in March 2009 switched to a Tier1 visa. My extention is due and needed some guidance on Section D: Immigration history.

D1: Did the applicant obtain entry clearance or a visa before entering the UK.

Unsure wether I answer this as a Yes or a No.

- I obtained the EC/Visa from Bangalore in Sept 2008 and came to the UK immediately.

I was planning to answer the Question with a "No" as I was already in the UK at the time of appying for the Tier 1 Genral visa.
