ECAA -1 Dependent application Query

Hi There,

My wife is on a ECAA 1 visa category. I am on Tier 1 General. Our daughter was born in UK and we have a turkish passport for her.

My wife has applied for a dependent visa for our new born daughter ( under ECAA 1 dependent ) on 27th Dec 2011. We havent received any notification from them. We have the royal mail receipt which says the documents were delivered on 28th dec 2011.

Do any of you know a number to call them or email them, I called the Home office number and was told they cannot give any update unless its not more than 6 months.

Please help!!! We need to travel and need both my wifes and daughters passport
