more i l r questions re the form

sorry to ask but on the application form ( i printed it to write as prefer too) it says are you getting any benefits... well i do have motobility and there is no box other than d.l.a which i have given up to have my car so any ideas how to fill that in? also we have child tax credits and working tax credits which are all paid into my account,trouble is they awarded the working tax credit bit to my husband ( applicant ) although it comes to me how would you answer that on the form? any help appreciated
