hello guys im currently on a tier2 visa but i want to change my sponsor. I have already managed to get another company to sponsor me. Im just worried because my present employer doesnt know im leaving and they might cancel the sponsorship and i might not be able to apply permit for my new employer. does anybody know the grounds as to when a sponsorship can be withdrawn? Help please..thanks

Dear Pinkblush,

You must make a change of employment application if you wish to change employer.

You must have a new certificate of sponsorship issued and you will need to meet all the points requirements first.

Then you will need to inform you current employer and they will need to withdraw you CoS
