Am I still eligible ? Please Help

Post by zcakd59 » Sat Feb 18, 2012 6:23 pm

here is the situation
came to uk as a student in 2001,
graduated from university last year, but visa was expiring in aug, when graduation was in sept, therefore i left uk before visa expired and returned as a tourist (as i have no valid visa) in sept, stayed for 5 days, and returned to hk. In sept, i obtained another student visa (post graduate degree) and entered the country in Oct.

Does the fact that i came in as a visitor void my status as 'continuously living in UK for 10 years'

thank you so much

Lawrence

thank you very much
