ILR Queries

Post by fahadz1 » Wed Feb 22, 2012 2:31 pm

Hi All,

Couple of queries please.

I was thinking if any one thinks they wull get refusal in ILR so i think they should go got Tier 1 second extension and when they get it then they straight apply for ILR and see of they give or not still you have 2 years visa..
how is this idea ????

for people who have more absences can take flr form and set o form and ask at the counter that which one to apply ?? how this sound to you guys ?

second question is 28 days before you can apply

if visa runs on 29 march so 28 days will be 1st march or 2nd march. please clarify.

me and some other people didnt get the answer that if your ILR refused and you dont have FLR . can one apply tier 1 extension ??

do any one have landline no for UKBA ???

by calling them will we get the selected date and time on selected PEO ??

seniors please reply. thxx

Wish it was so practical.
When you book appointment you have to specify the reason of appointment i.e. FLR or ILR.
The case worker will come back saying you can only apply for which you have booked appointment.
