Hi , I hope someone can quickly shed some light on this. I have recently filed an appeal against the tier 2 dependent visa refusal for my wife. I have an lodged an online appeal by filling the IAFT 2 form online on the justice website and the supporting documents along with the refusal letter was posted to the tribunal. So now the tribunal has recieved my appeal and the supporting documents.
However i have just realised today , as i was reviewing the online appeal form, there is a question which asks "Are you sending your Notice of Decision?" by mistake i have checked that as "NO". But it did provided the letter along with the supporting documents.
Could someone please let me know if this is a major issue or not and if it is how i can get it resolved?
