Post by syed ali » Thu Feb 23, 2012 2:12 pm

Hello to all members,
i got ILR under long residence 10 years in 2010 and now just have received my naturalization certificate, my wife got 2 years spouse visa in November, 2010 (though she was my dependent since 2005) after getting FLR(M) she went back home for he period

16-02-2010 to 11-05-2010

she is due to apply for her ilr in november this year, and due to some domestic reasons we have to travel to back home and the tickets have been booked the tickets as

from 22nd of march,2012 to 3rd of may 2012

which makes the period out of UK within last 2 years as 4-1/2 months

I never realised that, that can affect her Ilr application, kids and family back home are v excited and waiing for that,
but i am confused can anyone help me in this that what should i do.
your help will be much appreciated
thanks in advance
regards
Ali

They should be okay.
