lack of wage slips

Post by Lime » Thu Feb 23, 2012 8:13 pm

hi everyone! we are applying for my ilr soon and im just curious about few things. my husband has no work for three weeks now and i dont work either. he has applied for a new job but will have to wait for another month to get the job. would it be a problem if we will just provide 2 or 3 month wage slips when we apply for my ilr? i also wanna know exactly when i can apply for my ilr if my visa was issued in april 2010, i came here in the uk june 2010 and my visa will expire in july 2012, we had a holiday last year for three weeks, can i apply for my ilr in may or has to be june? any advise will be much appreciated. thanks alot. :D
