A question from a guy met me in a grocery shop...

He come to UK on a visitor visa and married a british citizen and now having two children from that marriage. Do he have any chance of legalizing his stay in UK?

He has already spent 10 years. He knows that only option is to wait for another four years for long stay visa.

Can the british citizen wife and children be of any help to this poor fellow?

Can he claim any stay on their bases?

Will appreciate advise with reference to immigration rules and law...

No, I am not professionally associated with the UK immigration legal sector and neither are you so you should not be passing on snippets of information that you don't have or understand yet are endeavoring to garner here (however well intended).

This stranger from aisle 1 would be better to join this forum and ask his own questions.
