Tier2 G-Dependant

Greetings,
I am going to apply for T2G Dependant Visa for my son and self and will be submitting the following documents.
1: original passports (self and baby)
2: copies of CNIC (self and baby)
3:original Bank Statements from my home country bank+ letter from Bank confirming funds
4: copy of husband's passport
5: original marriage certificate
6:original birth certificate
7: TB Certificate
8: covering letter
9: Affidavit regarding public funds
I haven't got the tenancy agreement and employment confirmation letter.
in my opinion, the COS should be enough proof of employment.
will the absence of these two documents affect my application adversely?
Kindly advice at your earliest.

please also include documents to prove your husband and your relation is subsisting like marriage invitation cards, marriage photos, pre marriage and post marriage photos, calls logs , email print outs to prove your constant touch ..money transfer reciept if any...

this documents they havent specified in the guidance ...but right now they are rejecting all the application without this documents .......i have the same case ..my wife visa was rejected about month ago for not proving our subsisting relation and now i have appealed so will have to wait for ages.....i hope this helps

about the tenancy agreement...you will have to prove that your husband has proper accomodation for his family ,, tell your hisband to email u a copy , try getting NOC from the house owner and same for the employment letter ..this documents will make your application a lot stronger ..thus minimizing any chance of refusal....
