as i said you have to apply with the same document you applied in November don't add nothing else which concern your exhave been married to an eea 2006 2011 got divorced applyed to retain my right last year november and they accepted this week

but in case you give your ex her p60's back after applied for ROR and she lost them,then you can ask HM revenue give you her work history(she writ letter to HM revenue with her signature)and employee letter it should be okey.
