H1B Posted for filing but the quota finished - is my applica

Hi Guyz,


This year my employer tried to file for my H1B,
as we all know that the quota finished by 26th May 06,
he posted my application on 26th or before but my application was not picked up,

1. so will my application be there in the US immigration database..?
2. Can I find another employer(sponsor) to file my application again next year..?
