Letter from embassy

Post by Jomags1 » Sun Feb 26, 2012 9:25 am

We received this letter from the embassy after appealing settlement visa refusal. "we are pleased to inform you that ecm has exceptionally agreed to give further consideration to your application for a visa. We request that you forward your passport to the above address . . . Fedex . . . Returned to you securely. Please be aware that the issuing of the visa will take 5-15 days prior to the day we receive your passport. Please note that you do not need to submit a new application form or any visa fee. This was dated 31-1-12. On 10-2 they contacted my work to confirm employment. This was done. On 24-2 told by embassey tat passport was sent to ecm to finalise. Does anyone know how much longer tip can take. Its Passed 15 days. thanks
