Change of Employer while on Tier2 General PBS

Hi everyone,

I need a bit of guidance from everyone here. I want to change my employment Due to redundancy , and I am currently on a Tier 2 visa. My present company is ready to act as a Umbrella company.

My questions are;

- How to convince the new employer to issue COS?

- Can I work part time as self employed/Contractor?


Any views would be appreciated.
