PEO Appointment but not attending it

I booked one appointment for Glasgow PEO for 8th March (In Person Tier 1 Extension) which I wish to cancel.

I have been trying since last week but their website is down.
I think they will be back soon but in case, if they are not then will it cause any issue if I have an appointment but don't attend.

I will be applying by post sometime in late March. Hope I will not be penalised as their own website is down and I am not able to cancel.

Any experience on this.
