Tier 1 Gen dependant visa success

Hi,

First of all I would like to thank all the members of this forum to provide with all the information need to submit dependent visa. I want to thank all the senior members to answer my questions.

I got married on 10th Feb, got my marriage certificate on 13th Feb and applied for my wife dependent visa on 16th Feb at Delhi, VFS.

Docs I submitted:

Cover Letter from applicant.
Sponsor Letter from main applicant.
Complete passport pages.
Copy of Tier 1 (General) Visa page.
Copy of First Entry to UK page.
Original 3 months’ salary slips.
3 months’ Bank Statements showing net salary credited.
Original Tax Document (P60).
Letter of employment from employer
Copy of National Insurance Card.


Original Tenancy Agreement.

Evidence of Maintenance Fund

Bank Statements showing that minimum balance over a 90 day period is greater than £1600.00

Dependant Documents

Original Passport.
Birth Certificate.

Original Certificate of Marriage Registration.

Wedding cards from both sides. (bride and bride groom)

Wedding Photographs.

Random pics on different occasions.

Copy of air tickets of the main applicant for Wedding ceremony.

Skype call history showing continuous communication.

I applied my wife visa on 16th Feb and got the visa in less than 10 days on 25th Feb.

In the form where they ask from the applicant when they wish to travel to UK. My wife filled the date 26th Feb, may be that's the reason they issued the visa before 26th Feb. I believe by putting the reasonable date on that section UK embassy can issue the visa before that date.
