Tier 1 General Dependent Application - URGENT

Post by kayramu » Mon Feb 27, 2012 4:25 pm

Hi,

I am going for my Tier 1 Visa extension with my dependents (Spouse, Daughter), who are living with me in UK. I need to submit my application tomorrow. Here are a couple of questions that I need to fill for my child. Sorry for the very short notice. Can some one help me please?

K5. Is the main applicant your sole surviving parent?
Currently, I and my wife stay together. So I guess this is "No".

K6. Does the main applicant have sole responsibility for your upbringing?
I guess this question is about the financial support, as I only work in my family, I presume it's YES.

Please confirm the above answers.

It would be of great help to me if some one replies for these.

Thanks a lot for your valuable time.

If you answer yes to K3 on the basis of this statement, then you are instructed to skip K4, K5 and K6 and go straight to K7 as they are only relevant to separated couples or single parents. Otherwise in the case of child just answer no to K5 and K6

Many thanks for your quick response. It really helped me a lot. So I am going with "No" for both K5, K6 in my child application as she is aged under 18.

Have a great day.
