Post by Rensal » Mon Feb 27, 2012 7:58 pm

Hi there,

Please can someone advice on below:

What happens if a baby is born while his/her parents’ ILR application is with the Home office under 10 yrs long residency rules?

Thanks

thanks Vinny,

so it seems like unless one of the parents has received the physical copy of ILR before a baby is born, the baby cant apply for british passport without MN1 route

do you know any time lines on MN1?

thanks
