ILR 90 days Rule

Post by urfrndnc » Mon Feb 27, 2012 10:42 pm

Hi,

I am aware of the fact that there is a 180 days rule which says that you cannot be out of UK for more than 180 days in last 5 years to be eligible for ILR.

In my case I am within this limit of 180 days, but in a single trip, I was out of UK for 94 days. Can this be an issue ?

No it shouldn't be any problem if you show ur strong links est in UK...

Note: u don't need to count the day you left and the day u entered the UK.
