Any one Contrctor processed dependent visa online

Any one process recently online visa form for dependent .

Have doubts on some point

1)Main applicant company name :Can we provide own limited company name or need to prodive agency or clinet name

2)Job start date :Will that be current contrcat start date or when 1st contrcat start

3)Job end date --will that be current contrcat end date

4)Main applicant company address -- will that be limited company address or client address

5)company phone number : can be personal phone number or agency phone number

6)Also in fund maintenance section it mentioned is it asking dependent fund as I know fund will be given by main applicant

please answer
