Are my eligible for ILR?

Post by tipseyboy » Tue Feb 28, 2012 11:59 pm

Hello peeps, I need some advice here. I'm Nigerian and been in the UK 6 years now basically studying and working then studying again. Came in here in 2006 and completed my degree in 2009. I had the two yrs psw and then went back into Uni for my masters in 2011. My current visa runs out this yr dec 2012!
My girl friend (English) and I just had a baby 2months now, sincerely speaking I want to be with my baby no matter what. We don't live together. She leaves with her family and I manage my shared apartment. I work limited hrs and same as her, no benefits as I contribute mostly to take care of our child.
Now, about my stay. I don't know what to do about the extension or change of status? Can I apply for ILR?
Thank you

ILR is not a current option.
