Question L3,L4 for the new Dependant's tier 1 form

Hi,

What should i answer for the Question L3,L4 for the new Dependant's tier 1 form.

In the guidance notes, they say
"All Home Office or UK Border Agency applications are given an individual reference number. This allows us to track and link past applications. Please provide the main applicant’s most recent reference number they have been given by the UKBA".

I'm not sure which number should i give?
on my first application i had a number to track the application on the Gerrys' website. it was like GRY/LHR/xxxxx/x
Should i use this number? and what's about date? should i use the date of application start (as mentioned in the approval letter from HO)

For L3 use the application approval reference letter number which is mentioned on the approval letter.
For L4 - it is the application date.
