ILR for dependant

Hello all

Can you please adivise me on the following please?

I am currently under the old Work Permit, and am eligible to apply for an ILR in Dec 2013 but my wife who has been in the UK since October 2011 will have completed 2 years in the UK under the dependant category with me in October 2013. Will she be eligible to apply for an ILR in Octiber 2013 or will have to wait until December to apply with me?
